This program provides an easy way for teachers or
supervisors to record a video of a situation or role play, then review it later
from a remote location via the web. This allows the instructor or supervisor to
concentrate on the student or employee and not have to take notes at the same
time. Notes can be attached at any place in the video when it is viewed later.
Originally designed for use in Marketing and Sales classes at the University of
Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration, this
program can be adapted to any training situation where behavior, activity, or
role play is to be evaluated.

The Sales Lab allows for virtual critique of sales and self presentation techniques, virtual access and exposure to business recruiters from Fortune 100 companies, and enhances student’s valuable persuasion and communication skills.
The Sales Lab is a virtual gateway to the sales profession that is a virtual resource for students, educators and sales professionals throughout the United States. Several Universities, including the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia, across the country are using the Sales Lab to: provide a virtual learning environment for their students; create a forum for students to network with industry executives; and foster collaboration between sales educators and industry leaders with the purpose of developing new recruitment efforts. Specific elements of the Sales Lab will include digital videos of student sales presentations, the ability for students to share their sales videos with corporate recruiters, and the ability for Professors to critique student’s performances with a direct hyperlink to the occurrence in which the Professor is critiquing.
